Global Fulfillment

TechTee serves customers through a distributed fulfillment network across North America and the Middle East, allowing us to deliver orders as efficiently as possible based on destination and inventory availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 1–2 business days

• Canada: 3–6 business days

• United States: 2–5 business days

• United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days

• Other GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

• Rest of World: 5–12 business days

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, or brokerage fees required by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. TechTee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
