Does TechTee ever go on sale publicly? +
Never. TechTee does not discount publicly — ever. Your member discount is a private privilege, not a promotion. This is intentional: it protects the value of everything you already own.
When does my tier status reset? +
Tier status is based on your rolling 12-month spend, calculated from your membership anniversary date. Points have a 2-year validity from the date they were earned.
When is my welcome gift shipped? +
Your gift ships automatically when you first cross the Cloud Black or Cloud Titanium threshold. We use the shipping address on your most recent order. Each gift is one-time per tier — it won't resend if your tier resets and re-unlocks.
Can I stack my member discount and points? +
Yes. Your tier discount is applied first at checkout, then you can choose to offset the remaining amount with points. Both benefits work together on the same order.
Do I need separate accounts for CA$ and US$? +
No — one TechTee Cloud account works across both markets. Your tier threshold is tracked in the currency of your home market at signup.
What is the Cloud Titanium member number? +
Every Cloud Titanium member receives a unique sequential number (e.g. #CT-0042), along with a physical membership card shipped with their welcome gift. Lower numbers belong to earlier members — it's a genuine mark of being among the first.
